Roll-off trailers for two containers have the nick name: rocket launcher. This is because of how they look when the hoist is up in the air. These are great units to carry two bins. Of course, they are great for carrying material long distances, typically 100 miles or more. Importantly, it is true that Dragon had a better trailer than we did until about 10 years ago. The talented team at BENLEE redesigned our trailers, make them safer and easier to use than a Dragon roll off trailer. Importantly, our units have 102″ wide axles for added stability, vs. 96″.
Ease of use
Our shuttle system, all but stops the constant replacement of cables in the front of the trailer. Also, our cable assist makes it easier for the operator to get the main cable back to the rear of the trailer to pick up the second box. Importantly, we also have bright yellow stickers at every grease point so that the maintenance team can easily see where to grease the units. Of course, we also have other small and fun things like grease zerks in the king pin plate to help make sure the unit is greased in all points. BENLEE also adds “Wheel Checks” to all lug nuts for safety!
